MatchMap Live is a sports information and entertainment platform that provides real-time scores, schedules, and AI-generated sports analysis. The Service includes both free features (live scores, 3D globe, game schedules) and premium features (AI Smart Picks, track record analytics, personalized alerts) available through paid subscriptions.
3. Entertainment Purposes Only
ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT, PREDICTIONS, ANALYSIS, AND PICKS PROVIDED BY MATCHMAP LIVE ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. They do not constitute gambling advice, financial advice, or professional sports analysis. MatchMap Live is not a sportsbook and does not accept, process, or facilitate wagers of any kind. Past performance of AI predictions does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by our platform.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 in jurisdictions where required) to create an account.
5. Premium Subscriptions
Premium features are available through paid subscriptions processed by Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service - Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission - Redistribute, resell, or publicly republish AI-generated analysis for commercial purposes - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure - Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
7. Intellectual Property
All content on MatchMap Live — including AI-generated analysis, website design, logos, graphics, and software — is owned by MatchMap Live or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Sports data is sourced from publicly available APIs and is attributed to their respective providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATCHMAP LIVE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. This includes, without limitation, any losses incurred from decisions made based on AI-generated analysis. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content, sports data, or analysis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Service will be error-free.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
